Aleksandra Cuprys is an attorney and global business executive who has held leadership roles across media, entertainment, telecommunications, and global business organizations around the world. As CEO of Latino Media Network, she works to expand culturally relevant media and amplify Latino voices across the United States. She joined Latino Media Network as Chief Legal Officer and was later elevated to CEO, where she helps lead the company’s strategic direction, vision, and operations. Throughout her career, Aleksandra has advised global companies and led organizations through periods of growth, transformation, and change.

Aleksandra completed Harvard Business School’s Business of Entertainment, Media, and Sports (BEMS) program and holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law, an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, and a Bachelor of Arts from Barnard College, Columbia University.
