Raysa Rodriguez-Leon, Chief Revenue Officer
Raysa Rodriguez-Leon is a seasoned media sales executive with nearly three decades of experience in Spanish language media, multicultural marketing, and revenue leadership. Since beginning her career in 1997, she has built a strong reputation for developing innovative sales strategies, creating culturally relevant marketing partnerships, and helping brands authentically connect with Latino audiences.
In 2023, Raysa joined Latino Media Network as Executive Vice President of National Sales. She was later promoted to Senior Vice President of Sales and Client Solutions before being named Chief Revenue Officer. In her current role, she oversees the company’s national and local revenue strategy, sales operations, client partnerships, and integrated marketing initiatives across LMN’s portfolio of stations and platforms in key Hispanic markets across the country.
Since joining LMN, Raysa has played an instrumental role in transforming the company’s sales organization and strengthening its client first culture. She has led the expansion of integrated advertising offerings across radio, digital, social, sports, live events, and hyper local programming, helping position LMN as a trusted partner for brands seeking meaningful engagement with Hispanic consumers. Under her leadership, LMN has expanded strategic sports partnerships tied to Major League Baseball and the NBA, creating culturally relevant opportunities for advertisers to connect with passionate Latino fan bases through live play by play broadcasts, community activations, and integrated campaigns.
Prior to joining LMN, Raysa spent more than two decades at Katz Media Group, where she held multicultural sales leadership roles and worked closely with agencies and national advertisers to develop strategic Hispanic marketing initiatives across radio and multicultural media platforms. Throughout her career, she has been recognized for her ability to build long standing client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and create customized solutions that drive measurable business results.
Raised by Cuban immigrant parents, Raysa developed a deep connection to Spanish language media and the Latino community at an early age, shaping both her career and leadership style. She is passionate about building platforms and partnerships that authentically reflect and empower Hispanic audiences.
A strong advocate for Latino representation in media, Raysa is proud to be part of one of the few minority and women owned broadcast companies in the United States. A Miami native and alumna of the University of Miami, she continues to focus on driving innovation, revenue growth, and long term strategic partnerships that elevate both clients and communities.
