Rose-Anne Tifre is Chief Revenue Officer of Latino Media Network, one of the largest, Latina owned multi-platform audio & media companies to serve the Hispanic Market in the U.S. today. Latino Media Network (LMN) will inspire, inform and celebrate Latinos through an audio-focused multimedia network, owned and operated by members of the Latino community.

The vision set forth for LMN by its Latina founders Stephanie Valencia and Jess Morales Rocketto to create cultural pride for the Latino community by telling our stories, addressing our concerns and building for a better future is what excited Rose-Anne the most about this purpose-driven opportunity. Rose-Anne also believes through Latin music we can connect Latinos to their culture and heritage in a powerful way.

In addition, Rose-Anne is thrilled to support LMN’s new CEO Sylvia Banderas Coffinet to evangelize audio as LMN will reach 1 in 3 Latinos with the recent acquisition of radio stations in top Hispanic Markets while developing our future multi-channel growth strategy

Rose-Anne will primarily oversee the commercial strategy for LMN in partnership with CEO and be responsible for revenue generation, onboarding new sales employees and building and leading a high-performing sales team. In addition, Rose-Anne, in close partnership with President, COO & CFO, will integrate newly acquired radio stations in Top Hispanic markets in addition to generating revenue for future multimedia business extensions and/or acquisitions.

Rose-Ann joins LMN from SXM Media, owned by SiriusXM, and was responsible for leading strategic audio-focused sales initiatives for key accounts across satellite, streaming and podcasts. On the streaming front Rose-Anne was also able to sell video and digital innovation to advertisers. Rose-Anne has held several executive positions in large entertainment companies over the past 25+ years and is the former Associate Publisher of Peopleenespanol.com and Reader’s Digest Selecciones where she successfully managed a sales team to exceed national advertising revenue goals across multiple revenue streams including digital, custom content, events and the magazine.

As the daughter of Honduran parents, Rose-Anne is an Afro-Latina who knows the value of connecting to all consumers in a culturally relevant way. More specifically, Rose-Anne is Garifuna who represent people of mixed African and Indigenous American Ancestry who were born across the United States and Latin America including but not limited to Honduras, Nicaragua, Guatemala, Belize and some migrated to countries such as Mexico to start a new life. Rose-Anne, who has dedicated a majority of her career to developing the Hispanic media landscape, is proud to celebrate the diversity of all Latinos at LMN. Through her personal experience, marketing and research knowledge, Rose-Anne is able to bring a unique multicultural narrative to life that has captured the attention of marketing clients nationwide.

Rose-Anne’s 25 year professional background includes a unique blend of both Advertising Sales & Marketing management experience. Rose-Anne managed sales teams that produced over $350 Million in ad revenue throughout her career in sales while supporting incremental revenue as a marketing lead. Building upon that uniqueness, Rose-Anne offers solid experience in both Total Market and Multicultural sales. In addition, Rose-Anne’s leadership roles encompassed P&L responsibility and she managed profitable Latino Media businesses in several roles. Rose-Anne is a Cross-vertical Sales leadership Athlete with an expertise in selling Audio & Digital @SXM Media across streaming, podcasts and satellite. Rose-Anne’s vertical sales experience spans the following categories and more: Auto (Luxury and Domestic), CPG, Beauty, Retail, Healthcare, Telcom, Home, Entertainment, and much more.

Rose-Anne was a recipient of “Distinguished Publisher Award” by the NYC Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Rose-Anne was also part of the leadership team recognized on ADWEEK/BRANDWEEK’s Hot List for 2 consecutive years during her tenure at Selecciones.

In her spare time, Rose-Anne is an active real estate investor for personal gain who can be found touring houses on weekends and targeting her next new investment. She enjoys international travel, biking, dancing and has volunteered her time to support the Lisa Lopes Foundation and Garifuna Coalition in addition to managing fundraisers to support survivors of Hurricane Mitch in Honduras.

Rose-Anne is a graduate of New York University and has lived in Madrid, Spain to complete a B.A. degree in Journalism, Spanish & History.
