Vicky Guerrero, Regional General Manager: McAllen/San Antonio/Dallas/Houston
With over 30 years of experience in the media and broadcasting industry, Vicky is a respected and visionary Latina leader committed to enhancing Latino representation across the media landscape. Vicky spent 25 years at Univision Communications, starting as an account executive for 10 years, where she earned numerous awards for top sales performance. Her success led to rapid promotions, first to General Sales Manager then to Station Manager and eventually to President and General Manager, where she led the company's top three Spanish Radio Stations to new levels of growth and profitability. Vicky led successful strategic initiatives and drove growth for one of the most influential media companies serving the Latino community.
Currently, as Regional General Manager at Latino Media Network, Vicky oversees regional sales and operations across key markets in Texas including McAllen, Dallas, San Antonio and Houston expanding the network’s footprint while ensuring that Latino voices are authentically represented across all platforms. Known for her strong leadership and strategic vision, Vicky is defined by a focus on innovation, collaboration, and ensuring that both clients and audiences receive exceptional value through innovative and impactful media content for Latinos by Latinos.
In addition to her role at Latino Media Network, Vicky is an active board member of the Texas Association of Broadcasters representing the Rio Grande Valley, where she contributes her vast expertise to shape the future of broadcasting in Texas.
